No crowdsourced testing. A lot of companies charge high premiums, only to farm out the work to a “first come, first serve” system of offshore workers getting paid $5/hour. We’ve found that testing simply isn’t reliable when it’s done piecemeal by 100+ different people (or by people who aren’t QA experts). If you’re working with Freedom QA, you’ll know the person testing your app or website on a first-name basis.

No heavy-handed sales pitch. If you reach out as a potential client, you’ll be talking directly to the founders.

Ethical worker treatment. We don’t believe in exploiting staff or underpaying overseas workers. All of our workers are located in America, and a high percentage of our business income goes directly in their pockets. Happier, ethically treated workers do a better job!

100% of our workers are located in America. No time zone issues here. We’ve also seen that devices from other countries don’t always show the same bugs (or alternately, result in false flag bug reports due to differences). For companies whose target audience is largely American, it’s important to test on devices that match the ones in your users’ hands.
